Crispy Crunchy Potato Pops

These little pops of joy are crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Great for school-day snacks, weekend get-togethers, or just sharing laughs over the dining table, they’re simple to make and even more fun to enjoy with the people who matter most.

Ingredients


  • 300g

    Russet Potatoes

  • 10g

    Buttercup Luxury Spread, soften

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions


  1. In a mixing bowl, mash together the steamed potatoes, Buttercup Luxury Spread, salt and pepper until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mashed potato mixture into a piping bag.
  3. Pipe the mashed potatoes onto a baking tray in your desired shapes.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the edges ar egolden at 160dc.
