
Super Moist Pear Cake

Ingredients
Cake:

Buttercup Luxury Spread, melted (with some extra for greasing)

salt

baking powder

milk

pear, cubed
Topping:

Buttercup Luxury Spread, melted

pear, sliced

egg

20g
caster sugar
Directions
- Whisk sugar, egg and salt until combined.
- Sift in flour and baking powder.
- Add Buttercup Luxury Spread and milk. Mix well.
- Add pear and mix well.
- Pour batter into cake tin.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180dc.
- Whisk egg, sugar and Buttercup Luxury Spread until combined. Set aside.
- Remove cake from oven, layer with sliced pear, and pour the mixture on top.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until golden.
- Cool before removing from tin. Dust with sugar, slice, and enjoy.
