
Butter Chicken Masala Tacos
East meets West in the most delicious way! These Butter Chicken Masala Tacos wrap rich masala in soft taco shells for a fun, hands-on dish everyone will love. Great for sharing at gatherings or mixing up the menu during festive celebrations.
Ingredients
For marinate:

For tacos:

Buttercup Luxury Spread, divided

turmeric

masala spice mix

onion, cubed

ginger, sliced

can tomato sauce

Fresh parsley, chopped

Yoghurt (optional)

Salt to taste
Directions
- Cut the chicken fillets into even-sized cubes.
- Marinate with turmeric cardamom, chilli powder, garlic, and ginger.
- Mix well and set aside for 1 hour.
- Heat half of Buttercup Luxury Spread.
- Sauté ginger, onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in turmeric, cardamom, chilli powder, masala spice mix.
- Stir in remaining Buttercup Luxury Spread for extra creaminess.
- Add salt to taste.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until nearly done.
- Mix in tomato sauce and simmer.
- Turn off heat and stir in fresh parsley.
- Bake taco shells as per package instructions.
- Assemble tacos with Butter Chicken Masala.
- Top with yoghurt and fresh parsley.
