Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread

Made for pulling apart (and stealing a piece or two!), this cheesy garlic bread is all about sharing the love. Buttery, melty, and impossible to resist, it’s the perfect excuse to turn any gathering into a cozy feast!

Ingredients


  • 115g

    Buttercup Luxury Spread

  • 900g

    sourdough or French loaf

  • 1 tsp

    salt

  • 5

    cloves of garlic, minced

  • 90g

    green onion, slices

  • 20g

    fresh parsley, chopeed

  • 225g

    shredded mozarella

  • Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for extra spice

Directions


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Melt Buttercup Luxury Spread, then mix in garlic, salt, and half the parsley. If using, add crushed red pepper flakes for extra spice.
  3. Cut diagonal slices into the bread, creating 1-inch pieces, without cutting all the way through.
  4. Place bread on foil-lined sheet pan. Drizzle butter mixture into the crevices, then stuff with green onion and cheese.
  5. Wrap in foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes to crisp the top.
  6. Garnish with the remaining parsley and green onion. Serve warm.
