
Grilled Pineapple with Spicy Brown Sugar Glaze

Directions
- Prepare the Pineapple: Slice the cored pineapple into 1-inch rings.
- Make the Glaze: In a saucepan, melt Buttercup Luxury Spread over medium-low heat. Add brown sugar, orange juice, thai chilli flakes, salt, lime juice, and honey. Stir to combine.
- Preheat the BBQ Steamboat: Preheat your BBQ Grill to medium heat.
- Baste and BBQ: Brush pineapplerings generously with the glaze. Grill for 2-4 minutes per side, basting frequently, until grill marks appear and he pineapple softens slightly.
- Savour and enjoy: Enjoy the warm grilled pineapple with an extra galze for dipping.
