
Pandan Kaya Thumbprint Biscuits

Pandan kaya
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking parchment.
- In a bowl, whisk together the plain flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the Buttercup Luxury Spread and caster sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking tray.
- Press the centre of each ball gently with your thumb to create an indent.
- Fill each indent with pandan kaya.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool before serving
